How do I register for an account?

Registering for a user account is as easy as filling in your details on the My Account page. Click here to register.

What happens if I forgot my login details?

You can retrieve your username and/or reset your password on the My Account page.

How do I buy online from KlipKlap?

1. Find the product
We have made it easy for you to find what you are looking for. Browse our Collections from the Main Menu, or use the Search Products option located at the top right-hand side of each page on the website.
2. Add the products to your cart
Once you have found all of the products that you want to buy, simply click on Add to cart. 
3. Checkout
Once you are sure that you have all of your products in your cart, click on View cart and follow the steps on the Checkout page.

I don’t have a credit card, how do I pay for my order?

We have chosen PayFast as our secure payment provider, not only because your information is safe and secure, but also because they offer our customers various payment options! PayFast Secure allows you to choose whether you want to pay using a credit or debit card, or you can pay via Instant EFT. Instant EFT allows you to choose which bank account to pay from, ensuring that you are fully in control of how you make purchases on our website.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can! We have three collection points; two in Gauteng and one in Cape Town. The location of a particular product is listed in the product description. Collection and courier options are selected when you Checkout.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, go to your Orders to check the status of your current order and to view your order history.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Packing and delivery of your items is linked to what you have ordered and where the order is being delivered to, so delivery times vary for each order. Where an order contains products that are all in-stock, our courier partner(s) strive to deliver within 2-5 working (business) days.

Should you be collecting your order, we will arrange a collection date with you.

How do I sell an item to you?
